@journeytobaby I'm sorry I'm late answering, I'm not really on here too much anymore. Have you tried metformin? You can dose up to 2000ml daily to aid with ovulation. Also, have your thyroid tested. Not just your TSH, but ask for your antibodies to be treated and a full panel: T3, T4, etc. Antibodies can mean Hashimotos Disease. I have PCOS and Hashimotos. Honestly, find a good Endocrinologist. Not a reproductive Endo, but a really good Endocrinologist. Mine saved my life. Diet, exercise and lifestyle changes as well. Has your husband been treated for male factor infertility? You wouldn't think that could also be an issue, but you don't want to let any avenue go overlooked. How long have you tried? I know it's frustrating. Trust me. I really do. Hang in there. Honestly, stress is also a huge key in all of this. As frustrating as being told to relax is, you need to step back and even tell yourself you're over trying. Stress will cause you're pcos to act up so much. My husband and I went through six losses and over six years of trying before our daughter. I'm here if you ever need to chat. Trust me, I've been through every surgery, every sonohysterogram, every tear. Have you had a sonohysterogram yet? Are your tubes blocked? All so much to take in. I'm sorry you have to deal with any of this crap. As I said, you're not alone.
