I know Enfamil Formula says no more then 2Hours but I personally don’t risk it past 1hr

Check the container but it's usually an hour for formula. Then 4-6 hours for freshly pumped breastmilk. Thawed breastmilk is a bit different. Google should know!

I  don't know about breast as I bottle fed. But I was always told no longer than an hour at room temp

Not long I think. It’s been awhile but I remember they would go bad fast if left out.
