@babymamamoore, Yes definitely give your body time! I’m just starting off with light stuff I’m doing 30 minute Exercises a day, starting with squats/lunges and some simple ab workouts.

What kind of workouts are you starting with? I can’t wait to start power lifting again, i have a feeling it’ll be a while until I can get back into it though!
