Is there any mommy's on here that used to be or is on Government Assistance? And knows if they cover breast pumps?

Just so I can get an idea, how much relief and assistance are moms looking to get from their partners with their newborn?

I'm looking to relocate to a different state because it's hard to get assistance here in Illinois. . . Anybody have any good suggestions on where it can potentially be a bit easier?
