So I got diagnosed with pharyngitis, it hurts and I have a bit of a swollen neck. According to Navy medical they said there’s really nothing I can do about it because all the meds for swelling cannot be taken while pregnant. I took pain meds, mucinex, and nasal congestion spray. None of it seems to be working & I didn’t get SIQ so I’m expected to show up to work but I don’t feel good. Anyone have anything else I can do? Should I just go out in town or something?
