@emily.elsholz, it’s good you can check it at home. Obviously if you’re concerned go get checked out but try not to stress over it. As soon as I think about high BP mine goes through the roof, it’s to easy to get caught up in a vicious circle.

@mariapb, just this time. I had preeclampsia with my last that started at 36 weeks and was induced. It’s been a little higher than normal at home but not nearly as high as the doctors

@emily.elsholz, mine dropped straight after labour. I was on BP meds through pregnancy and was able to stop taking them within a week. Was it just this time or has it been ongoing?

Nervous. Mine was always high at doctors, but at home, it was normal.

White coat syndrome. I had it my whole pregnancy. I got so anxious about having high BP at the doctors, so it’s go higher. Then at home it was fine.
