I had a giant cheeseburger, fries and shake before i went into the hospital to be induced with my first. I didn’t give birth for 24 hours so I’m glad I ate. 😬
I got induced at 7am my doctor told me to eat before I went. They started pitocin around 7:30 and I could only eat popsicles and ice. I had my babygirl at 5 pm that same day.
I called and asked. They told me not to eat after midnight. I was induced at 8. Luckily I called because I would have eaten. I threw up a bunch! That would have really sucked. I delivered with in 3 hours.

They actually made me eat a light meal before they would induce me

They should have told you. I was induced at 6am and I couldn't eat after midnight.

They definitely should of told you. I was induced at 9 AM and couldn't eat after midnight.
