I did my 36 week scan last Friday and the baby is 6.5 lbs

@shaneengregory29, I doubt it I was this big with both my other babies and my son was 5 pounds born at 39 weeks and my daughter was 6 pounds born at 39 weeks . So well see but I feel like she’s going to be a 6 pounder as well 🤷🏾‍♀️

@shaneengregory29, with my son I was in active labor for 72 hrs . They told me during that 10cm check before you push I still felt so small and they couldn’t see him coming down . After 3 straight hrs of pushing and him being still so far up and me passing out back and forth they did an emergency c-section and said my pelvic is too small . He was 5 pounds . Last year with my daughter they said if she was bigger than my son I couldn’t try so when she estimated 6 pounds I didn’t get an option to push and she came out 6 pounds like they said . Since I’ve already had 2 c-sections plus a lot of scar tissue I’ve been told that me just going into labor can cause rupture that can be deadly for me and baby specially since I’m high risk and I have problems with my blood clotting due to extreme anemia . I wanted to do a water birth so bad !!

@shaneengregory29, when you get a cut eventually your blood will clot stopping the bleeding you just don’t bleed and bleed and bleed . Because my iron is so low I’m a bleeder so things like surgery is a more complicated for me

Because I lose so much blood . Both times I lost more than half the blood in my body and they wanted to perform a transfusion but I didn’t want one so I stayed in the hospital for a week both times while my blood supplies went back up to healthy enough numbers . I think my doctor is going to give me an iron transfusion before my c-section this time so if I bleed out again fast during the c-section it won’t be worse than the others time because my blood will be able to clot alil faster if my iron is higher this time around

@shaneengregory29, no I got pregnant 4 months after I stopped taking my birth control . But I had nexaplanon and that doesn’t stay in your system long !! I didn’t know the pill take so long to leave your system sheesh
