Sometimes. It really depends on how baby moves, the fluid around baby, color of hair, and thickness of hair. My baby was born with a full head of hair, that was super light colored, and they could not see it on his ultrasounds.

Tech told me my babies had hair twice. It must of all fallen out because they were bald 😂

Whenever I had an ultrasound I saw the hair moving around. The tech lady always printed the ultrasound pic of it, it's in my girls' scrapbook
