@kambam, @fourkidsandababy, thanks y’all I did a quick search online and found the same conclusions, didn’t want to risk it, not to mention the mucinex I have was expired, I used cough drops...but only got 3 hrs of sleep 😴 I’m dragging.

Anything that dries up mucus will/can also dry up milk.

Or some cough drops :-)
