Ladies what will help me get well??? I have been nursing a chest cold/sinus infection for a MONTH and it WILL NOT GO AWAY. I am MISERABLE

I take my vitamins daily, drink lots and lots of water, I'm not too cold... I just have SO MUCH mucus I can't breathe through my nose no matter how often I blow it and this awful, painful cough, my throat is coated with gunk and my face hurts from all the pressure! I feel like I'm just not getting better no matter what I do! Any ideas are appreciated!!
