I know a mom who used it while pregnant because it was safer then all her seizure medications. I haven’t read many studies on it regarding use during pregnancy.

Now that it’s been legalized in Canada I’m sure we will be getting a brush up on some training regarding patient use.

While pregnant, no. But I used it for cramps later and it helped a lot. Ibuprofen worked better for me though. When using both, I don’t even feel like I’m on my period. I’d do some research on it before taking it while pregnant. I have a feeling it would be fine but definitely can’t say for sure.
