As others have said take it easy and honestly you'll be surprised how much better you'll feel in a week. Glad you've got the support xx

@laetisha, midwife told me tea tree oil in bath stops itching when healing. I dabbed a diluted solution on with cotton wool as preferred a shower I never got that horrible healing itchy phase xx

Thank you will deffo keep on top of the painkillers, just been taking it easy and thank god I have support from my mum and hubby🤗

As others have said don't over do it and keep on top of your painkillers even if you think you don't need them! I thought I was ok and wasn't that sore so didn't take them but that soon caught up on me!

Don’t over do it, will hopefully ease off soon. I over did it and it’s not helped in the long run due to scarring etc. I was also very sore and refused pain killers as made me sleepy, looking back I was being stupid

Don't over do it but don't just keep still all day, try move round so you don't get stiff and keep on top of painkillers x

Just take it easy!! Do not push yourself! Take all the help to can get. Keep up with your pain killers as well. X
