Why don’t you take a few months to not concentrate on conceiving? Because the more stress you have, the more it can mess with your cycle...
with our first, we basically thought the same thing, too much stress and too much gone, and too much working..... lo and behold we ended up conceiving when we least expected it

When we conceived our daughter Memphis my husband was to be gone during my fertile window (works in the oilfield) we had sex once that month on the Sunday as he was leaving that night. We conceived that one time as I O’d the following Thursday. Sperm can live a few days lol it only takes once!
