So, since little girl has a hard time staying on the nip when breastfeeding I'm thinking of trying a nipple guard. She latches really well but only for a few seconds maybe a couple minutes. I just don't know what size or kind to get. Any suggestions?

@myriahboyett710, it was the only way he latched at all. But he was so use to bottle he got so tired breastfeeding and would just fall asleep lol

@morganavery3 that's what she does too. Either she just gets frustrated or falls asleep. She was I the NICU for 9 days and I think just got so used to the bottle

Really depends on your nipple, you may have to try different sizes. With my first he couldn't latch on my left side for some reason. I used a nipple shield on that side for a few weeks until he got better at latching. Good luck!
