I had a normal vaginal delivery and was told that soaking in a bath afterwards was beneficial and to do it often. I believe it's different for a c-section though.

They told me I could whenever after my daughter was born just make sure I had help getting out of the tub and I had stitches 🤔

I had a c section so could be different but I think I read once you stop bleeding and after 6 weeks.
