I had a MRI done on my back and pelvis last week because I’m still having problems with my lower back and tailbone since my tailbone removal. Well the nurse called me today and said that everything looks the same still have 2 bulging disks and there’s no infection or fluid by my tailbone. Which is good I’m glad nothing is worse but still sucks since I’m in a lot of pain everyday. The nurse also told me that the saw that my IUD I have in is implanted in the back of my uterus. So now I have to go in and see my OB and discuss the procedure to have it removed. Has anyone had this done that could tell me what I’m in for and what there experience was like?

I’ve never had that problem. But maybe use condoms in the meantime to prevent pregnancy

I had a Mirena iud do this and I went in and had a vaginal ultrasound to see exactly where it was and how to get it out. It was simple enough I was awake and they just took it out. They also found out while doing the ultrasound for that, they saw I was about 9 weeks pregnant with my now 6 year old!
