Ladies let's talk about birth control options, cuz I'm debating on whether to stay on the nuvoring or switch to something else... We don't want to have another baby right now so I want to stay on birth control.. I've taken the pills before but I'm forgetful about things that are daily basis. I've had an iud but it got inbedded and I don't want to risk that again. I'm currently on the nuvoring but as stated in previous posts I've had abnormal bleeding lately(2 months straight, then got prescribed estrogen pills for 10 days, fixed it for about 2-3 weeks and started bleeding again yesterday). I want something that shouldn't cause excessive weight gain and that actually works... Otherwise I will probably stay on the nuvoring

I know this might make me look a little daft, but condoms really worked for me while we were using them. I'm most likely allergic to the pregnancy pills so I have no choice but to use that for my alternative. We stopped using condoms when we felt stable enough to have a baby, and when we found out it wasn't as easy as 1-2-3...we asked a doctor about it. Apparently both partners have to be completely free of worries or stress for the sperm to make it at the right time. Which makes me feel even more secure about the condoms at this current time. I don't want anymore kids after this so :|.
