My carpal tunnel has also been acting up. My hands aren’t swollen.

I've been having this super bad ! Having to switch sides at night even more often between it and either hip hurting

My hands are swollen every morning and it’s almost like my pregnancy carpal tunnel only kicks in then cause I can barely move or pick things up first thing in the mornings
