@whitmom2be18, no I didn’t specifically but there are some if you want to try it. I just feel like they don’t really work, at least not 100%. I worked out for 2 years and the gap didn’t close and then after my 2nd pregnancy it seemed to get worse.
@whitmom2be18, no usually working out won’t fix it. I got it after my first baby and I worked out a lot, even did boot camp training 4x a week and I was looking good. But still had that belly pooch, it was smaller and toned but still there. The only way to get a flat stomach is with surgery 😟
@2sweetie, yikes. More core surgery? No fun! I had a c section too and will have to have another when we decide to try again. I was hoping this could be corrected by working out 🤦🏾♀️
@parkers_mommy, yes, same here. The top of my stomach still protrudes and is kinda firm so I started looking it up and found this name. I haven’t went to doctor yet but need to. Have you been diagnosed?
Yes I do and I hate it. I’m very skinny, I’m 5’4” and weigh 119 lbs, so my body is all thin except I have a belly that makes me looks 4-5 months pregnant. It’s hard to find clothes that fit me right. I’ve had 2 c-sections so I’d rather not have any more surgeries but that’s really the only way to repair it. Maybe I’ll wait a few years and decide.
I think I have a minor case because I had great core strength and even 18 months later it’s just not there. I also have this little mom pooch that makes me look pregnant
Yes!
And it’s horrible now that I’m pregnant again.
My doctor did a physical and found that mine is separated above my belly button but still intact below my belly button.
As I’m growing with this pregnancy I’m having this extremely uncomfortable protruding feeling.
He told me that after this child I can strengthen the area with exercise but the only way to repair it is a tummy tuck.
My goal is to save up for a tummy tuck.
