It’s like she is having trouble breathing wheezing and throwing up

My one year old don’t cough all day until night time and it seems like it’s when I give her milk, she is fine with it during the day but recently she will lay down after and cough and cough and has thrown up all week but only at night it’s weird.

My son is allergic to cows milk he had diarrhea and vomiting.

Diarrhea

Vomit

Rash

Itchy throat

Both my son, daughter and I use to but after my baby girl I dont any more have dairy problems
