Not sure what group this should go under, but anyone have experience with celiac or gluten sensitivity? Preferably first hand.... when you have a reaction to some food, what do you do and for how long? I reacted so something from Friday ... and thought I was doing fine now. Just ate GF fish and white rice (homemade), and TMI but currently sitting at work in the bathroom.... 😏😞
Any tips / suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!
