I think im having contractions but im not sure cause ive never had them before. When i asked my sister what they feel like she said "you will know because the pain is so bad you cant even talk or breath" but then someone else told me it feel like period cramps just stronger. Im having period like cramps and i feel like tightening a bit in my uterus.

My contractions felt like period cramps when they started and as they got stronger they still felt like period cramps but they got to the point I couldn’t breathe.

@briealyus, ohhh ok I see. Ya like choffman said it’s like really strong period cramps & it wraps from your front to lower back. They are intense & come in waves.

I was walking and talking through my contractions right up until he was born. I hate when people say that, because contractions are different for everyone and everyone has a different way of dealing with it. When the tightening is consistent and able to be timed, it’s contractions.
