When did everyone tell there child/children they where pregnant??
My OH wants to tell his daughter this Sunday as we had an early scan and baby was all fine and healthy but it will be 2 weeks before the scan, I'll be nearly 11 weeks when we have the scan?

My step son is 5, when we get pregnant we won’t be telling him until we have had the scan because we are having infertility treatment

Personally I'd say wait till you have had scan as things can and do go wrong (hopefully not for you) but better to be safe! Also 9 months is a long time for kids, mine are 13 and nearly 12 and even for them it's been a long stretch waiting on baby! We have had 3 miscarriages b4 this pregnancy and luckily were so glad that we hadn't told the kids about those pregnancys... had had early scans that were ok also... but wasn't meant to be for us at that time. Everyone is different but that would be my advice. Xxx

@elvisahogg no I agree, we are just finding it hard as all family know and we don't want someone slipping up and being the ones to tell her 🙈 I think my OH is just too excited to inform her

I told Bethany the day I found out, as she started kicking my tummy when I scooped her up for a cuddle!
She's been pretty good about not telling people (at least when we're in ear shot), but hubby has come up with a cover story just in case "Oh we've been playing a game with her"

@k1mt this is another reason why we want to tell her as she lives with us full time and she becomes boustrois at times as don't want her to accidently hurt baby
