@hazelmaplewood, that’s with two coats. And we added a third after this pic was taken. I’m actually not worried about how the paint turned out. I always get like this towards the end of a “project.” Hating how it’s looking then when it all comes together I tend to be happy with it. We’re just down to the wire and I’m second and triple guessing myself on everything.

@jayraemama, when in June?! My husband and I got married 6/9/12! We had a very low key wedding and even now I still wish we would have just done a destination wedding, just the two of us. 🤣 Not because of how much work it was (again super low key and inexpensive) but just the drama. 🙄 I was probably the most laid back bride on the planet because I hate drama. But my ex-stepmom stirred it up with both my family and my husband’s! 🤦🏻‍♀️ And at the end of it all, somehow she was the one crying. 🙄

I think I would LOVE planning someone else’s wedding with them!

@mom2squared Idk what your adding to those jars but flowers will make everything stand out better . Flowers beads any kind of jewelry that sparkle will look nice . I'm sure your project will look wonderful at the end . I think you feel that way because your the one doing them but once someone else sees your finish out come there going to love it.

@hazelmaplewood, the burgundy dahlia laying in the picture is going on the jar. I wanted to add some more green or baby’s breath but my mom is very poor (just not good with money) and we just had a MAJOR unexpected expense come up. So we can’t really help pay for the rehearsal dinner anymore than we already have. And I’m trying to make this nice for my brother and his future wife. So it’s just going to be the dahlia (which is huge and covers most of the opening of the jar) and then we’re wrapping twine around the middle.

@hazelmaplewood, the table will have more then just the jars of flowers on them. So I think once it’s all put together it’ll be fine. But the room itself is UGLY. 😂🤣 Blue and orange walls. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

@hazelmaplewood, oh no. We’re going to try to sell them after to recoup some money. But I have a feeling it’ll be hard to sell them. 😬
