@kellynicole Well, usually if ONLY just the diastolic is up its pain or stress.

@lovelily, I thought that was the case with only the systolic?

Both my numbers are elevated anyway

@kellynicole I worked in ER many moons ago and learned a lot. Diastolic indicates pain/stress. Both numbers can still indicate both but is usually hypertension from diet and genetics.
