I just need a little bit of caffeine to wake up been working so hard and im ver y sleepy at work and all i like to drink is cold coffee from starbucks

I have never heard that it's not ok. I drank a small cup of coffee for the entire first trimester while I was on progesterone.

Hmm... not sure. Did your Dr. advise against it?
