Yes. I have this argument with my mom almost every time about this, she says the signs that say "stop here" mean no right turn on red! I've even showed the women, the proper sign that says no turn on red and she still freaks out whenever I turn right on red. 😤

Unless I see a sign that specifically says no right on red my ass is turning.
