Most women it comes in after baby is born. Ull have colostrum for the first couple days or until ur milk comes in (itll slowly turn into milk) It wont be much but baby wont need much their stomachs will be small and colostrum is so full of good stuff a little goes a long way. So just keep latching and nursing that's the best way to help it come in after birth. Its usually 3-5 days. C-sections I've heard it can take a little longer.

With all four of my children, my milk came in 3-4 days after they were born. Prior to that, it was just colostrum.

@mariah.7784, when he was first born it was the colostrum that came in first. The only difference for me is because it has a thicker consistency, the feedings were longer.

Right way you’ll produce colostrum which is packed with great stuff for baby then it will turn to milk within 7 days, I believe.
