I got mine, just had a sore arm. I had a bit of a headache but that could be normal pregnancy stuff x

@laetitia05 @vixster I was telling my midwife about what happen last year with the flu jab she told me to get it done and get over it. Cos I gave her my concern over it. That why I'm debating but I ask my doctor about it.

I refused mine last year while pregnant because I had a bad reaction to It so I won't be having it this year either I was so ill with it I didn't feel it was worth it it's your decision don't let them force you into something your not comfortable with do what's best for you x

I have opted out of the flu jab... my personal reasons are, I am very rarely ill as I have a good immune system.... never had it 13 years ago with my son or last pregnancy with my daughter and we all ok.

Also my daughter took a bad reaction to nasal spray 1st time she had it... she was ill all year with swollen neck that kept getting misdiagnosed each time we visited a different Dr... she was off school and dancing so much as her neck glands kept swelling up on a weekly basis... she was in so much pain! Needless to say she hasn't had it again, and never had anymore bother with her neck. So I won't take the chance as I see no real benefits personally. My mother never had it either with 5 kids and we were all ok as well as her... None of us are ever very ill... I think that speaks for itself personally. I think you just have to weigh up what you feel is best for you. Xx

I was ill off it when I had it during my pregnancy. I can remember hallucinating from it. Had to take 3 days off work. After I mentioned the effects to my nurse they wouldn't let me have any other shot whilst pregnant (whooping cough jab ect). I'd be careful. Sometimes they can be more hassle than they are worth xx

Personal choice really as with jabs for the baby when he/she arrives

I’ve seen a similar post today and I’ll say the same here, I got mine as I thought it offered to the elderly and pregnant for a reason 🤷‍♀️ I’ve never had one before and just has a sore arm, same as with whooping cough vaccine x

Thank guys for the opinion I think I'm gonna leave it this year Cos I dont wann go through the bad reaction. I did experience last year.

I've had it and I've felt so poorly because of it 🙁 I've had to take a week off work x
