Seriously! I can feel pms starting and all I want is ice cream! I started being really committed to my decision to make better food choices. It tests my self control when all I want is to eat a skinny cow snickerdoodle ice cream sandwich that currently sits in my freezer. They are meant to be my treat. I know this is just the hormones talking, but damn is it a strong craving. Also today is so a Monday...I haven’t done a damn thing all day and now I know why🤦🏻‍♀️
