Anyone else suffering from bad headaches in the first trimester?
I had them with Noah but only for a few weeks while I detoxed from caffeine and all that at the start, but this time it's every day and once I get rid of one it's back an hour later 😫 makes me so sick.

Do u usually get headaches when your period is due it could be your hormones xx

@erincharliebubba I didnt get periods very often maybe like 2 a year if that so I couldn't even remember. But yeah maybe it's my hormones, hopefully they will settle xx

I had them until I was 25 weeks, then they just went. No explanation for them I'd mention them to your midwife though x

@abbiiqx, usually are hormone related hun you can take paracetamol , if your worried or they get worse then let your doctor or midwife know xx

Yeh I had bad headaches with both pregnancies. I had to carry a water bottle with me everywhere to remind myself to drink and wear my glasses more (I tend to only need them when watching tv etc). I think it's common but if they get really bad contact your gp or midwife.

@sara-lou86 Yeah that's what I'm doing now, constantly got water beside me. Yeah seems to be quite common I just didnt know what could trigger them. I'll ask the midwife though 😊 xx
