Best post-partum products to use? And best pads??? It’s been awhile since my first baby, and I’m being induced tonight and I wanna make sure I’m prepared at home before I leave for the hospital later!

I put witch hazel and aloe Vera on the pads and then wrapped them back up and you put them in the freezer

@itslinny, I remember with my first my nurse gave me these witch hazel pads to put into my pad and they were awesome. I hope they give me some again 😂

I used cloth pads for a while. Since you wear them for weeks , the disposable ones just destroy my vaj. If youre prone to tears or get a tear, sitz bath is a must. You may want some spanx undies after to help suck in the preggo flab, def try and find one that has a button flap crotch. Taking the whole thing off to use the bathroom sucks. If you breastfeed, get the cooling gel pads 👌
