My doctor also told me lotion isn't needed but should I put some on with how bad it is??

My son had the same. They recommended me at the hospital to use pure vaseline

My daughter had way more dry skin than that and now she doesn’t have any!  so don’t worry it will all go away on it’s own just let it flake off 😊 i also did peel off some of the larger chunks that looked loose, it was weirdly satisfying 😂

I didn't put anything on my daughter. Just let it flake off. It will be gone soon.

Totally normal  ... no lotion but if you want, you can put coconut oil.
