@jacobsmommy2018, I thought so but they gave us an eviction notice that wasn’t signed or has a court date. They also posted our apartment online and have people coming to view it Monday.

Take it to court its illegal if not signed by a judge or constable.

@jacobsmommy2018, I questioned a payment and it turned into a big deal were they assaulted my fiancé. A police report was filed and the landlord was charged with fighting. The next day we got an eviction notice.

They can't do that.

@txmomma1618, they didn’t even give a three day notice to quit or cure and there is no court date on the notice. It was just taped to our door. The payment on it has $92.50 for 11/1/18-11/3/2018 because our rent was paid in full for October on 9/29/2018.

@kambam, They told us to leave or they are going to have their attorney do all remedies to get us out.

You have to counter them in court then. There's no reason to be evicting you? And they certainly can't have it open to viewing with tenants.

@kambam, Girl they assaulted my fiancé. We are waiting for him to receive information about the landlords court date. They don’t want us to go to court. I already provided them with all our receipts and everything. They are complete assholes. After they assaulted him is when we got the eviction note. The crazy thing is the original issue was me questioning an additional charge I paid on 8/10 for pet deposit and they tried to charge me again for it. Now they are saying it’s for rent.

A whole mess. Take their ass to court, no question. So sorry.

@kambam, legally we can’t deny them access we can be evicted for that. So I don’t have a choice.
