Haven’t slept in 3 nights.

I’m extremely tired yet can’t sleep.

Last night I took. Tylenol’ pm and it just made me sick .

Tonight . Trying to sleep and here I am . Almost midnight and no rest .

Ugh!

Did I mention I keep getting waves of nausea . Fuck! What do I do z I just want to sleep.
