Breastfeed baby first. You can for sure have a beer, but I’m not sure about 2. They sell the at home alcohol testers at Target if you aren’t sure. If you don’t think you can use it, you can always pump, and save for something else like for a milk bath. I wouldn’t dump it, just not have baby consume it.

Don’t pump and dump. That’s a waste of milk. Alcohol leaves breastmilk at the same rate it leaves your blood. If you can drive, you can nurse. You should be fine with 2 to nurse! Just feed baby first, then you have a good amount of time until the next nursing session!

Pumping and dumbing is just wasteful and it won't make the milk come out any faster. Safe to drive, safe to feed.

If you are worried about alcohol levels I would save for a milk bath. Great for eczema

No need to pump and dump. I personally wait an hour or 2 after my last drink. They also say that if u can drive, u can nurse.
