Same as @inked_mommy92, there were some days I couldn’t walk. Bring it up to your doctor cause they can suggest some things!

Stretch every morning/night and throughout the day. It encourages baby to move and it helps with everything and will actually help during labor! @alyk222,

@littleonemorning, I got that way towards the very end! I would be walking and I was hundred over in stores in pain. I was also in pre labor for 3 weeks 😐 the last 3 weeks I stayed at 2 cm and 60% effaced 🙄 I was absolutely miserable

@inked_mommy92, oh Jesus. You poor woman. Mine was def bad, but thankfully not prelabor. I was also working on my feet until 39 weeks

I will def bring that shit up 2 my ob on thursday i have an app i b massaging it putting ice on it i wrapped it up with a brace lastnight. It b ok than it gets bad again and its just one side thank god but it is awful
