Please help... Im 6 weeks pregnant and this morning sickness has got the best of me. Anybody have some tips on keeping anything down?
I always have a tumblr of ginger honey tea that i drink once i feel nauseous ( which is practically all day ) but i limit myself to just one. So i take sips here and there
I drink lots of water, and sometimes with lemon slices in them.
My chapstick has a minty smell and flavor 😅 Kind of helps me when i smell it.
If its really bad, i grab a bottle of sprite and sip on that.
Dont overeat. Or else it’ll come right back out 😭
Sprite is about the only thing I can keep down at this point. I'll try the tea with ginger and honey. Thanks ladies. Hopefully only a couple more weeks of this. Ive never had morning sickness this bad.
