@happymommy3, you can get through it. I was very stressed and depressed when I was pregnant and thank goodness it all went away once I had my baby. Just a few short weeks and it’ll all be over and you’ll have your baby!
@littleonemorning yes I am thank you same too you we just some bad ass mama's lol
I too worried about this when I was pregnant, cause I was constantly a wreck. I asked my doctor and he said the stress hormone does not pass through the placenta. So basically, crying or being upset or depressed will not have a negative effect on your baby.
@happymommy3, you will. Cause your a badass momma who gonna raise some awesome kids.
@happymommy3, ah the joys of pregnancy lol just breathe and take everything little by little
@mama.ally2009 I haven't been getting a lot of sleep. I suffer from depression I think that is kicking up I been good for a while. Now here I am at 35 weeks pregnant crying my eyes out like there is no tomorrow. The only good thing is I get induced October 22nd.
@happymommy3, you got this momma! But like @mama.ally2009, hormones play a big part in your emotions right now
@happymommy3, truth. I did that a lot. Lol especially in the morning still do but I am slowly trying to talk to the right people get the help I need emotionally. Sometimes asking for help or talking helps. If your not sleeping much, it can also play another role. Sleep is crucial for the mind to function properly.
@happymommy3, hormones play a big role. Stay cool. You got this any obstacles that come your way only make you stronger. I always think crying is better than getting angry. At least you get to let it out?
Yeah they know. My boys can be total nightmares when I’m anxious. Breath and take it easy. I truly believe I made whinny kids cause of my crying lmao jk
@littleonemorning I'm going through a lot and I stops but then starts back. Things are just hard on me right now
@happymommy3, yeah I don’t really think it does much, can just cause distress. But like I cried my whole pregnant and my youngest is a little angel. When I got anxious it was a different story.
@kirstin678 I hope mines go away I can't take it fr
