Definitely got excited way too soon about my daughter putting herself to sleep in her crib for bed…

Definitely got excited way too soon about my daughter putting herself to sleep in her crib for bed last night and nap today... 30 minutes of screaming and crying andddd I caved. She’s now watching Tarzan on the couch while I’m hiding in the bathroom fighting off a breakdown. I hate to hear her cry and I feel so bad afterwards. Maybe I’m just not cut out for this😔
