Misty, wet and fun. That summarizes tonights ride. It felt so refreshing to get outside and breathe in some fresh air. We got some really good miles in. I took a break from my LIIFT4 workout since I hurt my back yesterday and wanted to take an extra day to heal. This ride was the perfect workout as a substitute.
