Hey mommies, I have a question about breast milk. I pumped a few oz on Friday and I forgot about it in the fridge all weekend. Do I have to throw it out?

If it’s sour you’ll definitely smell that’s it’s bad
Try to keep in the coldest part of fridge not the door just like regular milk.

Nope, it’s still good. I use my Friday milk on Monday!
