Everytime I cough, I pee myself a little bit. No matter if I just went to the bathroom or not. I've been having a pretty good cough for the past week or so. Its almost gone but I still cough hard enough to pee myself a little. I've given birth twice so I mean I understand that after having babies it happens but I didnt know like this. I just hate having to change my underwear almost everytime I cough.

Yep! Yesterday I wasnt even coughing, I was straining to dry myself from a shower. For a terrifying moment I thought my waters broke.

Maybe pant liners will help? That way you won't have to change undies every time lol
