Anyone else dealing with sciatica???? Any suggestions or recommendations to help me feel better??!!!

Walking also worked for me. The goal is to get baby off your sciatic nerve.

@vanna824, I wish I knew why, just part of the process with your hips and body changing so rapidly! As soon as baby comes out you wont feel it again! Its bizarre!! Try the walking it prevented me from walking like a crippled woman, I think it keeps your joints/muscles greased up sort of lol

@hollyn216, thank you so much! Do you know to prevent it from happening or getting worse??? I’m like why does this happen!!! I was fine last week lol I have another 120 days oh boy this is going to be fun 😩

@vanna824, Yes! I’ve had it with all my pregnancies! It’s literally THE WORST!!! It only gets worse through your pregnancy too so I hope the walking helps!!! I was so grateful it helped me b/c its excruciating!! 😞

@hollyn216, I’ve had this pain for 4 days now. It’s unbearable with this constant shooting pain that goes from my back to my butt. Was yours this bad? I just tried to stretch and it was uncomfortable bc the shooting pain would come once I was in a certain position 😩 I’m gonna try walking though

I had to start walking on the treadmill every night. I know it sounds like its the opposite of helping but it changed my pain 100%! The first day hurts quite a bit but I had immediate relief the next day. I’d go for 30 to 45 minutes not running, just power walking pretty much
