I go today for my first scan and I am a nervous wreck. I'm 7weeks 4days. I was 9 weeks when I miscarried. I had a dream last night that we saw the baby, but there was no heartbeat. I woke up heartbroken and now I can't shake the dread the dream left me with. I have to work half a day so I have no idea how I'm going to be able to concentrate. It needs to be 1:30 so I can know if this is my rainbow or if I'll be grieving again.
