So my Doc gave me pills as a birth control since im breastfeeding, but i notice it decreasing my milk. Do you know what another birth control i can take? I hate pills😞

Hormone pills can decrease your supply. I'm shocked this is what they prescribed. You can try and IUD. Paragard is hormone free!

@alyssa5792 @hakunamatata09 i ask my doc about the nexplanon and she said i can only take the pills. And since im not trying to have more kids i had not other choice.

I have a 5 year iud i love it it works fine with breastfeeding and top it off it stops your period
