My baby's 5 months old and at the beginning of each month a buy her the biggest box of diapers there is and it lasts her for a month and a half and I'm always stalking up on wipes so I have about 5 packs right now.
Well for my babyshower I got a lot of diapers like this month was the first month I had to buy them for her she's been in a size 2 for a while I berely got her size 3 and there kinda big but I would say every 2 months she goes up a size if not longer but I think it just depends on your baby. Alot of people's babies are really tiny like some girls baby is 1 and he's still in size 2 😂 so it just depends on your baby.
My son was in size 3 by four months old. You can stock up on size 1, and so long as the boxes aren't opened places like Target should let you exchange for a bigger size if your baby grows out of a size. But, around that time we went through two of the big boxes (like 200+ count) every month and a half.
Were buying all sizes and getting around 300 diapers of each size (besides newborn that we have a pack of 80 and will get them as we need) but the other sizes we buy I tape the receipt to the boxes incase I want to exchange sizes! Not sure if I'm going over or under board with it since who knows how fast my little girl will grow but I think it's a good start atleast!

Get a lot of size newborn and size 1 because your baby will wear those sizes for a while at least mine did.

I wouldn’t get too many newborn unless they think your baby is going to be small. Mine only used newborn for about 3 weeks.

Don’t stock up on newborn none of my kids were in newborn diapers more then a few weeks. Size one you can probably get a few boxes.
