Just went online to check my EBT status since today is Sunday and they’re closed tomorrow and it’s…

Mine is all fucked up too. We have a close date, as of the 31st of this month, this is our last month being eligible for it! Some how, they tripled the amount they put on my card this month and nobody can explain why!!

@mom.wife.witch, I’ll be keeping that to myself lol.

@momofkem_sam nope, not this women. They some where, somehow have my info messed up, I know it isn't right, if I use all that money, I get held accountable for it. Ivr reported it, they are saying the state did it, and they dont know why, but I have to contact the investigator unit tommro anout it.

I didn’t think food stamp were released on the weekend, so if you are to receive it on the 7th, and it fell on a Sunday you would get it that Monday ( in this instance Monday is a holiday, Columbus Day) so wouldn’t it not be available till Tuesday the 10th?

@mom.wife.witch, you’re a good woman. And I forgot that you’d have to pay it back. You did the right thing.

@mb2424, we’re able to get food stamps on weekends and holidays surprisingly lol. I looked it up to make sure of it cause I thought about that too but I received it in July on a Saturday so I don’t know 🤷🏽‍♀️

@momofkem_sam, I learned something new I genuinely thought they would work like a bank where it only counts business days. I hope they sort it out for the people who are effected
