Man i have made a promise to myself that i wouldn't drink caffeine or carbonated drinks throughout…

Ah I have such a craving for fizzy drinks. I’ve been mixing sparking water or soda water with juice to get my fix. Also Appletiser (at least in the UK) is one of your five a days even though the apple juice is carbonated. I normally don’t like coke but gosh, I’ve found myself indulging in it once in a while.

@chrissyny yeah its hard. My fiance buys cokes all the time for himself and its so hard not to grab one lol. Early on in the pregnancy i had stopped but i was getting these awful migraines. So i started drinking a caffeinated drink every 3 or 4 days to help keep them away. And now i stopped cold Turkey again. Its killing me Haha

Coke was my addiction. When I got pregnant with my second, my husband agreed to not bring coke into the house! Haha. He usually uses it to make his mixed drinks but I’m forcing him to use diet or dr.pepper (I hate both.)

@jennatess yeah I'm addicted to caffeine. Its super hard haha. But that was nice of your husband to do for you!

... you can have up to 250 mg thats like many coffees so if you just have one coffee and a soda it reallllly doesnt matter

We were about on the same time frame! About 3 weeks away and doc said our son was 7lbs. He was born at 8lbs 9oz. as you near the end of pregnancy, babies weight gain actually slows down a little bit. So that was kind of a relief for me, we were expecting a 9lber! Here I am 3 days before I had littleman lol
